That Q5 Signal 5BVUXHP 5-Band High Power VHF/UHF Transverter looks so tempting. It's only lack of suitable antennas that is holding me back - for now. You're right about having a good SDR transceiver to go with it. I've been going through some old GRCon videos and noticed Flex was represented there. It's very cool, but my K3 is keeping me happy for now. I hope high quality SDR radios proliferate in time for my next acquisition. I also hope that the best software is available for a variety of SDR hardware platforms.
